1. Return & refund

1.1 Eligible products for return and refund

Eligible - All products except innerwear which are unused / unwased / with original tags are eligible for return and refund.

Not Eligible - All Inner wears are not eligible for return or refund. Other products which are used / washed / damaged tags are not eligible for return and refund.

1.2 Easy returns

We take Customer Satisfaction seriously. Don’t like what you bought? Get your items returned and receive a full refund without any hassles. We guarantee 100% satisfaction and worry-free transactions.

1.3 What is our returns and refund policy?

If you are not entirely satisfied with what you received, we will refund the full amount on eligible orders. Returns will be accepted within 15 days from the date of delivery.

1.4 How is my order refunded?

The amount will be refunded to your bank account in 10-15 business days once we receive the returned items (subjected to their eligibility).
For Bulk Orders, no refunds are acceptable. In case of any query, please write to us at support@lavosperformance.com

1.5 What makes an item eligible for returns?

1.5.1 The items you are returning must be unused, unwashed, with original product tags intact.
1.5.2 Full return & refunds are acceptable in case you have received an item with incorrect color, size, or with product quality issues such as mis-stitched, torn, with holes, etc.

1.6 Do you refund the shipping fee?

No, Please note that the shipping cost of the original purchase will not be refunded.

2. Replacement

2.1 Easy replacements

If you are not entirely satisfied with your order (in terms of size, manufacturing defects, color issue), and would want a replacement we will replace them with different item(s) on eligible orders.
Replacements will be accepted within 15 days from the date of delivery except for items mentioned in section 2.2.3.
Replacements for your orders will be shipped once the original items are received and checked for quality and found eligible for Replacement.

2.2 What makes an item eligible for replacement?

2.2.1 Only item(s) with size or color discrepancy or product quality/stitching issues are eligible for Replacement.
2.2.2 The items you are returning must be unwashed, unused with original clothing tags in place.

2.3 Where should I send back my order?

In case of exchanges or refund, you may request to return the products to the below address.

2.4 Who pays for the return/replacement shipping fee?

The customer bears the return & replacement shipping fee.
However, in case the product is being returned/replaced because of Product quality issues, Manufacturing defects or servicing error at Lavos’s end. Lavos will bear the return shipping fee as per actuals (please share the courier receipt for refund), not exceeding Rs. 150 and the same shall be refunded back to the customer as Lavos Reward Points.
