1.2 WHAT IS OUR RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY?
If you are not entirely satisfied with what you received, we will refund the full amount on eligible orders. Returns will be accepted within 15 days from the date of delivery.
1.3 HOW IS MY ORDER REFUNDED?
For prepaid orders, the amount will be refunded to your bank account in 10-15 business days once we receive the returned items (subjected to their eligibility).
1.4 WHAT MAKES AN ITEM ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS?
- 1.4.1 The items you are returning must be unused, unwashed, with original product tags intact.
- 1.4.2 Full return & refunds are acceptable in case you have received an item with incorrect color, size, or with product quality issues such as mis-stitched, torn, with holes, etc.
1.5 Do you refund the shipping fee?
No, Please note that the shipping cost of the original purchase will not be refunded.
2. REPLACEMENT POLICY
2.1 EASY REPLACEMENTS
If you are not entirely satisfied with your order (in terms of size, manufacturing defects, color issue), and would want a replacement we will replace them with different item(s) on eligible orders.
2.2 What makes an item eligible for Replacement?
- 2.2.1 Only item(s) with size or color discrepancy or product quality/stitching issues are eligible for Replacement
- 2.2.2 The items you are returning must be unwashed, unused with original clothing tags in place
