Returns & Exchange
Lavos provides an ultra-luxury performance garment without compromising on quality and comfort. However if you have any concern, please read our return policy.Our Returns and exchanges does not apply to selected products for hygiene reasons. Such products include items of clothing such as innerwear.
- Goods must be returned in original condition, with proof of purchase, within 15 days of the purchase date and must include your proof of purchase.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items must be in the original condition, unworn and unsoiled in original packaging with tags attached.
If you want to exchange your purchased product of Lavos, you may return it for a replacement or refund within 15 days of purchase. For such returns, customers will cover the cost of shipping back to Lavos and Lavos will cover the cost of shipping product back to the customer for any exchanges.
You can return the item through any courier or other postal services. Returned items are the responsibility of the customer.
- We do not cover the cost of delivery for the returns.
- Return postage must be paid by the returnee.
- Please ensure you have a tracking number for the item you are returning.
- Lavos does not accept responsibility for lost or damaged items.
Once your return is received and inspected to make sure it meets all the conditions listed above, we will process your refund/exchange immediately. Please allow up to 10 - 15 days for your account to be credited.
Items can only be exchanged only if they are faulty. Exchanges can only be made if the chosen item is available. In the event that the intended item is unavailable, Lavos will refund the amount that you ordered.
We will notify you by email once we have processed your refund.
* Exchanges/Refunds are applicable to full-priced items only. Unfortunately, you cannot exchange or return sale, or clearance items.
For hygiene reasons, you cannot exchange or return selected items such as Inner wear. If you have any concerns, please contact us (at) email@example.com
